    Seniors from the community who are looking for a great way to get some (low impact) exercise are welcome to join one (or all) of the exercise classes that meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning in the First Church Social Hall. Classes go from 9-10 a.m. and are offered from September through May. at 9:00 am

    Time: 6:30 pm
    
    Both men and women are welcome to attend Circuit Classes in the Social Hall every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30. (See our church calendar for specific dates.) Circuit class incorporates multiple types of training such as flexibility, strength, care, balance, reactive, speed, agility, quickness, and cardio respiratory. at 6:30 pm

    Time: 7:00 pm
    
    UNDERGROUNDS: A coffeehouse in the basement of Kelli’s house (located at the southwest corner of First Church’s parking lot) is open the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. at 7:00 pm
