Both men and women are welcome to attend Circuit Classes in the Social Hall every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:30. (See our church calendar for specific dates.) Circuit class incorporates multiple types of training such as flexibility, strength care, balance, reactive speed, agility, quickness, and cardio respiratory.
Led by trainer Lisa Blocker, Circuit Class will also improve muscular imbalance, build functional strength, and increase neuromuscular efficiency.
Classes usually last one hour, with four different circuits and six exercises in each circuit. Each participant may go at their own pace.
